Jun comes home sometimes to find Nino jumbled up in his game systems. It’s annoying at first because Jun’s taken so much time to arrange them nicely, but after Nino’s untangled, Jun pulls a game out and starts playing; Nino seems so happy just to watch.

I found this in the “nino” tag, and IDK, I just feel like this is extremely relevant somehow.
the shelter can’t give jun an exact age for nino - his original adoption papers have been long lost after multiple re-homings - so he decides to celebrate nino’s birthday a year after taking him home. jun goes all out to an embarrassing degree, testing out nino’s favorite flavors with a new set of treats every few days until he finds the perfect recipe for a cat-friendly birthday cake.

for the record, nino has a cap-type head marking. i’ve never drawn him from the back, but this is the only unaccounted-for markings left - his back is as white as the rest of his torso.

Jun isn’t sick often because he takes good care of himself, but when he is, he’s really sick. Nino waits until Jun’s sleeping to give him the best care he can, and if Jun wakes up later feeling better, Nino knows nothing about it.
